Michele O’Leary Diacik | Business Manager

Michele is the Business Manager at SALT DESIGN STUDIO. Michele’s business education, combined with interest in working hands-on and with the public, led to a diverse career in many small businesses, including residential historical restoration and property management, commercial real estate and asset management, and private club management. She is a wizard at keeping things organized behind the scenes for SALT and invaluable to the team.

Michele enjoys athletics, music and volunteering, especially for the environment. She holds a degree in Management from Hartwick College, Oneonta, New York, and attended Drexel University’s MBA program.
